Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address where you should send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
